Contribution Request

CSO is pleased to offer its support to enable distributors to invite their best clients and prospective future clients to the CSO Annual Meeting.

To this end, CSO will grant a fixed contribution of €300 for each ophthalmologist invited by the distributor, as support toward travel and/or accommodation expenses.

To receive the contribution, the distributor may issue an invoice addressed to CSO, stating the following description:
"Expense reimbursement for CSO Annual Meeting 2026 – [Name of invited ophthalmologist]".

Please note that:

• The contribution is fixed at €300 per ophthalmologist and cannot be modified.

• CSO will proceed with payment upon receipt of the invoice.

Please also note that there are no travel or accommodation reimbursement for distributors.

CSO will provide the full educational program, the gala dinner, lunches, and transportation from Villa Costanza to the company headquarters.

We kindly ask you distributors to collaborate in ensuring a comfortable experience for the invited ophthalmologist by contributing, where appropriate, to travel and/or accommodation expenses.
