Registration for Distributors

Dear user, we are pleased to host you at our CSO annual meeting

This year, the CSO Annual Meeting requires distributors to pay a participation fee, which includes hotel accommodation with breakfast, transfer service, access to the full course program, team-building recreational activities, the social brunch, the gala dinner, and all event informational materials. 

Distributors may register the users they have invited using the dedicated form on the relevant page.

Important Information: 

* CSO guarantees each participant accommodation in a hotel for the nights from June 26th to June 28th, 2025. If you need to add extra nights to your stay, please specify them clearly in the registration form. CSO will inquire with the affiliated hotels. In case there is no availability for additional nights at the affiliated hotels, you can choose whether to still take advantage of the 2 nights offered by CSO or to stay at another hotel for the entire duration of the CSO annual meeting. 

* CSO allows entry to the annual meeting only for industry professionals. However, one accompanying person for registered attendee is allowed access to the event. If you are traveling with more than one accompanying person not interested in the annual meeting, please do not register them on the form and arrange their accommodation independently. We recommend selecting the exact number of people who will be sharing the same hotel room.

* Once registered, CSO will send an email within 7 days with hotel details and instructions.

* If your company wishes to register multiple distributors, please provide the full name of each participant and ensure that all participation fees are paid accordingly. 

Registration for the Annual Meeting by distributors is considered valid only upon payment of the participation fee.
