Registration for Distributors

Dear user, we are pleased to host you at our usual annual event.

This year, the CSO Annual Meeting requires distributors to pay a participation fee, which includes hotel accommodation with breakfast, transfer service, access to the full course program, team-building recreational activities, the social brunch, the gala dinner, and all event informational materials.

Distributors may register their invited users (ophthalmologists) free of charge through the "users" form or invite them to register themselves.

Registration for the Annual Meeting by distributors is considered valid only upon payment of the participation fee.

If your company wishes to register multiple distributors, please provide the full name of each participant and ensure that all participation fees are paid accordingly. Once your registration is complete, you will receive the exact address of your hotel. We recommend selecting the exact number of people who will be sharing the same hotel room..
